Fashion designers are the people who are responsible for creating and designing the clothes which vary from super unique clothes to the clothes that we use for everyday wear. They are involved in all the phases of designing and creating clothes, showing them and producing the different kinds of apparel, from evening gowns to bathing suits.

Some of the most famous and most exclusive names in the fashion world of Italy are Valentino (Rosso Valentino), Gianfranco Ferre (bold cuts and bright colors), Giorgo Armani (masculine yet subtle style for men and women), and Gianni Versace (leatherwear that is beautifully cut) and Dolce and Gabbana (edgy appeal, classy to modern).
Clothes are a means for individuals to show off to the world their personality, image, aura and persona. It has become the raw form of self expression. Ready to wear clothes are the mass produced clothes that cater to a lot of people in standard sizes and large quantities. If you have a more specific and smaller market, then you get the feel that you have the right look.
Fashion designers usually begin by specializing in a specific area of fashion. For example, some design their own designs, choosing their own fabrics and colors and they oversee their technical workers. Others often sell to retail stores or high fashion stores their own designs. Others usually sell their own designs to their very own retailing stores. While other fashion designers focus of designing costumes for movie pictures, television productions or performing arts.
