The Top 10 Sexiest Womens in 2008
Here are the TOP 10 Sexiest Womens in 2008 Year:
Keira Knightley

Willowy wonder. As any savvy movie-goer is well aware, historical dramas often contain scenes of erotic brilliance. Keira’s role in last year’s Oscar-nominated Atonement, for example, was savagely salacious. The good news is the 2006 winner has another period bodice-ripper out later this year.
Angelina Jolie

Child catcher. Debatably, she’s the world’s most physically faultless female, from her vivid bottle-green eyes to those flawless curves (recall her as Lara Croft?). And then there’s her weakness for swinging both ways. “Am I bisexual?” she smiles. “Absolutely. Yes.”
Hilary Duff

Multi-tasker. Our December 2007 cover star isn’t content with the starring role on high school sit-com Lizzie McGuire, she’s also released five albums and just completed her 16th movie (the ’80s drama Safety Glass).
Cheryl Cole

Woman scorned. Since the tabloid revelations, the 24-year-old’s been looking either ‘gaunt’ or ‘fabulous and bouncing back’, depending on which paper you read. A recent voting surge shows what FHM readers think, propelling her back up to seventh spot.
Scarlett Johansson

Fulsome fantasy. “Seriously, I really want to grab Scarlett’s breasts. She’s got beautiful ones.” There you have it: evidence that the 23-year-old now makes even her female co-stars – the famously straight-laced Natalie Portman, in this case – come over all peculiar.
Hayden Panettiere

Up, up and away. “In an age of conflict… in a world of uncertainty… a hero will arise.” TV trailers tell us this, but they didn’t say she’d be a button-cute 18-year-old New Yorker who’d debut in FHM’s very pages.
Elisha Cuthbert

All day long. Despite 18 months of minimal movie output (including the tortuous Captivity), this 25-year-old is genuinely more popular than ever. Maybe it’s memories of her pink panties in Old School. Or her ‘adult’ scenes in The Girl Next Door.
Keeley Hazell

Kentish melon-farmer. The 21-year-old with the nation’s finest frontage has spent the last year modelling too-small lingerie, starring in a slightly odd online technology show and making it big in the US.
Jessica Alba

Fantastic form. A silver-medal position for the 27-year-old Californian, based purely on honeyed skin, a drum-taut Latino body and her wilful disregard of why we’re all so desperate to see next year’s Sin City sequel.
Megan Fox

Winning debut. There’s not a woman alive who looks better bent over a 1976 Chevrolet Camaro in a denim miniskirt. With a sultry glower, capricious pout and six tattoos, she’s the junior Angelina Jolie (but without the orphan addiction).

Winter Hair Care Tips for Long Hair
The winter months literally assault hair in the worst way, if you do not prepare it for the most rigorous season of the year. While the first snow falls outside your home, the first dandruff signals may appear over your shoulders. Such flaking occurs due to excessive cell production but it can be prevented by using a good dandruff shampoo on a regular basis.
This time of the year is when long hairstyles are not only recommended and desirable as they are the perfect complement for the many festivities occurring during the winter season, including Christmas and New Year. As the winter is approaching, natural hair care needs to be adjusted to keep it from damage, which is caused by the elements of the weather.
Winter can ruin your personal appearance when it comes to choosing an incredible and stylish hairdo and dry flaking scales of skin start “snowing” of your head as a result of dandruff, causing persistent scaling or itching of the scalp. Apply dandruff shampoo to your hair when you are not suffering from dandruff is also a good preventative measure.
The strong winds of the season are a danger that no type of hair care can resolve without the aid of hair conditioners that help to moisture the dryness of your hair. Some women prefer to wear hats, scarves or even wigs to “protect” their hair. That practice is not accurate, since hair can snag and break. Besides, long wig hairstyles are anti-natural.
Unless your hair is severely damaged, avoid wigs and do not use hats without protecting your hair with a silk scarf. No matter how cold the winter weather, keep your hair care routine, and use a dandruff shampoo to control dandruff or prevent it. Browse through magazines or pictures online to find modern or classic long hairstyles prior to winter to find the perfect hairstyle and then let your hair grow long enough to accommodate the style that you have chosen.
If winter weather is too rigorous in your city with cold harsh air, you may damage your hair if you do not prepare ahead of time with the proper hair care. Humidifiers are useful during this season because they add moisture to your environment hydrating your home’s air, but if you do not wish to use one, simply set a pot of water on your stove, and let the water steam into the air, which will prevent dandruff as well.
As for your long hair care, air dry it whenever possible, concentrate the conditioner on its ends, wash it under the shower and leave it hanging down. As part of your hair care, make sure to use a dandruff shampoo and do a final rinse in cold water disregard the cold winter temperatures, keep a super absorbent hair drying towel close by, and remember, never brush your hair when it is wet which can cause the hair to break.

A Womans Place is in the Home
A woman’s place is in the home? Well for many women this saying was & still may be outdated, rude & disrespectful; however let’s not get it out of proportion. When I was a child growing up, my mum had a full time job, & I don’t mean 8 hours in a shop or an office. Mum would be up at 6.30 ready to see my dad off to work & then look after four growing boys. By the time evening came around after shopping, cooking, cleaning, ironing & tending our needs my mum & dad were both exhausted. In those days dad was the breadwinner & he had to work 12 hour days 7 days a week just to make ends meet, & mum was a fulltime do everything hurricane.
OK so where’s the place for this title today? Well I am still not sure that there is a place for it. If there is a place I think we need to give the name a makeover. I leave you to put your own label on it because you can call it anything you like.
The important thing here is that the world is a rapidly changing place, everything is at lightning speed & if you don’t keep up you get left behind. This affects us all men & women alike. However I see a huge hole in the workplace that can easily be, & should be filled by more women. What is this hole & why are women possibly better suited to this opportunity than their male counterparts.
It’s the internet & internet marketing. The opportunities are huge, & women from all walks of life can do this and become extremely successful. Some are so successful that they are giving their husbands early retirement & recruiting them into their home businesses. I know of some very young work at home mums who are earning ten times their husband’s salaries. Some in excess of $30,000.00 USD. EACH MONTH.
But it does not end there more and more mature women, & men are joining this small minority of elite marketers. It is a small minority because the average person just does not know that this sort of business exists, & how simple & lucrative it can be given the right training.
So why are women so cut out for this sort of business? Well I believe it’s a mix of things. Women tend to be more open & homely this helps people to relax & listen to them, women tend to explain things rather than try to sell you something, therefore they come across as helping you to find a solution rather than pushing you into a corner. Most women seem to have a natural gift for not glossing over the truth & therefore show you the downside as well as the upside.
I am not saying it’s a free ride, because its not. It requires learning new things, work & application & if you apply yourself properly to a good business opportunity you will succeed, and reap the rewards. You can work the hours you choose to fit around your family & commitments, be it part time or full time. It’s not rocket science anyone can do it.
However choose wisely, there are a lot of bad & totally dishonest people out there who will take your money & run. You may never hear from them again & they won’t return your calls.
Not all can be tarred with the same brush, so ring them up check out their address & email. Look at the company & the quality of their site & training. Check their pay plan & their testimonials along with photographs of real people & do not be afraid to ask questions.
Make sure you have a one to one mentor, proper training and a system to follow. It’s also really important that you have a team to help & support you, remember if you loose your mentor for any reason you will need the back up of a team.
We wish you the very best whatever you choose to do with your life, just make sure you are never left with these words on your lips.
“I wish I had done that”

Hair Loss In Young Female
When many young women think of their hair as their crowning glory, it is easy to see why hair loss is such a difficult thing to deal with. The truth of the matter is, many women may find themselves losing their hair very quickly, or they may even notice a small bald patch forming. As with many things, hair loss in young female is the symptom, rather than the condition itself, and you may be able to understand the entire situation a little bit better by keeping a few things in mind.
The first thing that you should think about when considering hair loss in young female women is that you should always findout what is going on in your life. A large amount of stress is something that can have an extremely detrimental effect on your hair, causing you to shed it, and the only way to deal with this, of course, is ease back, if at all possible. Stress can cause hair loss in anyone, but if you are having a very rough time of it, you may find that your hair loss can be surprisingly quick.
Hair loss can also be affected by age and genetics. Though it is certainly less well known that male pattern baldness, about fifty percent of women who experience hair loss are experiencing female pattern baldness, which is a condition which normally starts along the hairline and leads to the hair becoming finer and shorter over time until it can fall out entirely. This process can take place in women who are as young as 25 years of age.
Hormonal changes can also be responsible for hair loss at a young age. If you have suddenly noticed a change in your body, or you have been taking medicines that might have an impact on your hormones, you’ll find that hair loss might be one of the side effects. Speak with your doctor about any medications that you may be taking and figure out whether the hair loss could be a symptom.
Remember also that hair loss in young female women, as stated above, can be a symptom of another illness, so make sure that you speak to your doctor about it. Keep track of other symptoms and make sure that you are aware of any changes that your body might have gone through. There are solutions to hair loss in young female women, so keep that in mind; all you need to do is to find out the cause before you can get the solution!
